Every year, the La Raza Youth Leadership Conference provides more than 1,500 youth from around the state with the chance to explore their cultural, educational, and career aspirations. This year’s conference is proud to announce the return of the Educational Opportunities Fair. The fair will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at the Auraria Campus in the P.E./Event Center. It will include a “shopping session” of Colleges/Universities and other educational or community related services available to students between ages 14-18.

We invite your institution or organization to participate in the Educational Opportunities Fair as an exhibitor in the student shopping sessions. Exhibitors will be provided with a table, free parking, conference t-shirt and breakfast for an early registration cost of:

• $50 for non-profit community organizations
• $100 for in-state colleges/universities
• $200 for out-of-state colleges and universities

Your institution/organization will also receive recognition of their participation in the conference program and on our website. All proceeds of the Educational Opportunities Fair will go to the La Raza Youth Leadership Program, a series of sessions to build more youth leaders within our community.

To register, please complete the enclosed registration form and return to the Education Committee at or by fax to Leanna Tolmich at 303.340.7224 (please refer to the enclosed registration form for address and fax number) by Monday, April 5, 2010 to secure early registration. Registration forms received after April 5, 2011 will be charged an additional $50 late fee. You are welcome to enclose the registration payment or bring the payment the day of the conference.
