Scholarships
The University of Colorado Denver, Metropolitan State College of Denver and the Community College of Denver (CCD) are proud to sponsor the 2012 La Raza Youth Leadership Conference with several scholarships from our higher education sponsors including the University of Colorado Denver, Metro State College of Denver and the Community College of Denver to graduating high school seniors who have been accepted to UCD, Metro State College and/or Community College of Denver for the Fall 2012 semester.
The La Raza Youth Leadership Board of Directors is also proud to announce the Nuestra Gente Scholarship to graduating high school seniors accepted into a accredited university/college. The scholarship is funded by the generosity of our board members, comadres and compadres.
General Requirements:
- Attend the conference on April 28, 2012. Registration will open February 1st. To register for the conference, click here >>
- Be an accepted student to either UCD, Metro, or CCD and or an accredited university/college (Nuestra Gente Scholarship Only)
- Complete the 2012-2013 FASFA application. Click here for more information >>
College Invest will draw one random $1,000 scholarship at the conference. Please visit the College Invest table at the Education Fair to sign up.
